After 17 years of brokering clean fill throughout San Diego, LA, Orange, and Riverside counties LDP has expanded.  We still partner with grading contractors and trucking companies to move dirt after a project has been engineered, financed, permitted and a general contractor is already in place. However, in 2017 we added land development to our portfolio, hence the name change from Earth Source (2000 - 2016) to Land Development Partners.  In addition to acquiring land for ourselves, we have partnered with landowners to improve their property, in some cases at no cost to the landowner.
